With the aim of helping people to help themselves in the long-term, the PATRIZIA Kinderhaus foundation selects its projects and project partners very carefully. The foundation’s work around the world always focuses on a new building designed to cater for the exact requirements of children and young people in need. On completion, this new building is given the name “PATRIZIA KinderHaus” and fulfills the purpose that has been contractually agreed with the project partners for at least 25 years. The PATRIZIA KinderHaus foundation does not deduct anything from the donations that it receives, i.e. 100% of the funds are used in its projects
